Terms of use.

These terms apply to AfterIncident for Jira Cloud, provided by the Atlassian Marketplace partner TechnofyStore. Contact support@callsiq.com with questions before use.

Use of the app

AfterIncident supports corrective actions, implementation evidence and human effectiveness reviews. Subject to these terms and the applicable Atlassian Marketplace entitlement, you may use the app for your organization's internal workflows. You must have authority to install or use it on the relevant Jira site.

Your responsibilities

You control your Jira projects, permissions, issue security, workflows, configuration and data. Enter only information you are authorized to process. Do not use the app to violate law, access unauthorized content, distribute malicious material or interfere with the service. Validate important outputs and maintain any records your organization requires.

Human judgment remains necessary

The app does not certify compliance, provide a regulated electronic signature, or make legal, medical, safety, security or operational determinations. Recurrence candidates are limited signals for investigation, not proof of causation or a complete search of all incidents. Only a human reviewer chooses effectiveness results.

Data and third-party services

You retain rights in your content. The app processes that content to provide its functions as described in the privacy notice. Where AfterIncident processes Personal Data on your behalf, the Data Processing Addendum is incorporated into these terms. Jira and Forge are operated by Atlassian and are subject to Atlassian's applicable terms, availability and limits. External evidence links are governed by their destinations' terms.

Commercial terms and support

Any price, trial, subscription or entitlement is the one displayed for the app in Atlassian Marketplace at the time of acquisition, subject to applicable Marketplace terms. This page does not establish a separate charge or service-level agreement. Support is available through the support contact. Separately agreed written terms take precedence where they expressly apply.

Availability and limitations

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the app is supplied as available, without a promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free or suitable for a particular regulated purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes any warranty, liability, remedy or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded. No particular certification, compliance status or support response time is implied.

Ending use

You may stop using and uninstall the app through Jira administration. Native Jira actions remain Jira issues. App metadata is subject to the deletion and platform retention process described in the privacy notice; export or preserve necessary records before deleting them. Uninstallation and any billing cancellation are distinct processes governed by Atlassian's applicable terms.

Updates

We may update the app and these terms. The current version and date will appear here. Material changes will be communicated through appropriate release or Marketplace information. Mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
